Hi, I’m Jenny-Lyn Allen
Kingdom Life & Marriage Coach for Women
I’m a daughter of God, wife, mom, and Certified Professional Coach who helps married Christian moms experience perfect love in an imperfect marriage — even when it feels like they’re the only one trying.
But I wasn’t always a coach. And I didn’t always have peace in my heart and home.
There was a time when I stood at a crossroads, wondering if leaving was the only way out. I was exhausted, unseen, and desperate to be understood. Conversations with my husband felt like they led nowhere but disconnection. Shame kept me silent. And I didn’t know who I could trust.
I desperately wanted to honour God so in that place, I cried out to Him.
And He met me with a promise.
💡 “If you stay, I will show you how to win your husband’s heart.”
I chose to stay — not because it was easy, but because I trusted God’s leading.
And here's the important thing I want you to understand.
💡 God will either give you the grace to stay or the courage to walk away. The important thing is to be obedient to His voice and trust His leading.
Out of obedience and through coaching, prayer, Scripture, and deep inner healing, everything began to shift. Not overnight — but faithfully, powerfully, and sustainably.

I created the Powerful Wives Community because I know the power of hearing other women say, “I understand what you're going through,” and to be connected with others who have experienced breakthrough.
